AZCI.net has installed a new customer care and billing platform which has a customer portal.  Using this portal, you may:

• Change your account password
• Update your credit/debit card information
• Make a payment using your credit/debit card
• Open a support request

Your account login will be either:

• your email address if it is on file with AZCI.net...or
• your lastname

Your initial password is your principal phone number on file with AZCI.net in one of two possible formats:

• AAAEEENNNN or AAA-EEE-NNNN
  • where AAA = Area Code
  • where EEE = Exchange
  • where NNNN = Number

• If you experience problems logging in, please email us at accounting@azci.net and give us your principal phone number in the email.
